United we stand, divided we fall.

Having escaped execution by the SOG, Gunnery Sergeant Mathison and his Marines are hunted by an elite Governance task force and the entity that escaped from SOG Special Research Base 402-Alpha. If they don’t warn the Republic in time, humanity is doomed.

But the Marines need more information about the entity hunting them, information the SOG doesn’t want them to have, and it’s a race against time as their hunters close in. The hunters can afford many mistakes, but the Marines can’t make a single one.

As the hunters close in on their prey, worlds will burn and ancients will awaken to crawl out of the shadows. The ancients, the Vanhat, are returning, and mankind must unite or perish. Unfortunately, the SOG doesn’t want to unite.
