Gods of War
The mission was supposed to be his last.
After more than twenty years in special operations, USMC Gunnery Sergeant Wolf Mathison wasn’t looking forward to retirement when—implanted with an experimental artificial intelligence—he deployed on his last mission with a platoon of Marine Raiders being sent to the Jovian moon Europa.
The USS Jefferson was destroyed en route, though, and only Mathison and three other Marines survived. Trapped in stasis, they were hurled into the outer reaches of the solar system, where they wouldn’t be found for hundreds of years.
Meanwhile, on Earth, the United States is destroyed and a fascist regime rises to power, expanding into the galaxy to plant its boot heel on the necks of humanity. But SOG, the Social Organizational Governance, is not unopposed, and researchers at a top-secret research outpost are working on a solution that will let SOG reign supreme. Unfortunately for the Marines, they’re awakened from stasis at the same time the researchers awaken a threat that endangers the entire human race.
The odds are against them, but that’s nothing new for the Marine Raiders.

Marines never leave their own behind.
Betrayed by the Republic, Mathison and his Marines are separated. Hunted by the Republic, the SOG, and the vanhat, they have nowhere to turn but to each other.
Having stowed away aboard a Governance troop transport, Mathison and Stathis escape to a SOG planet and discover the Governance has planned an ambush for the Republic. Meanwhile, Levin and Winters clash with Republic hunter-killer teams and barely escape with their lives. Wanted by all sides, the Marines have no allies and no way to find each other.
As the SOG prepares to ambush the Republic in the Zhukov system, the Marines and Aesir clash, and the vanhat prepare to slaughter everyone who survives.
The Marines have set their rally point at the gates of hell, and nothing will stand in their way. Let the bodies hit the floor.

Humanity rests on the razor’s edge of extinction!
The odds are against Mathison and his Marines. The Republic has abandoned them, and the Governance has collapsed. The vanhat are sweeping through human space almost unopposed, crushing the few humans still scattered throughout the ruins of the Governance.
While some survivors seek to rally and rescue who they can, the Governance has retreated to Sol, where it cowers behind its countless automated weapons platforms, closing itself off from the rest of the galaxy. Unfortunately, the enemy has already breached the line and is just waiting its time to strike.
But Marines don’t give up. There is a rumor that researchers have discovered a weapon that can be used against the vanhat, and the Marines must infiltrate a vanhat-infested SOG star base to recover the secret location of the research facility.
Hunted, will the Marines discover the weapon they need, or are they running into the trap that will be the end of them?
